Privacy Policy

Racing Board is a service of CLAYTON DE SOUZA MARTINS LIMITADA (Total Easy Software), Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 19.154.732/0001-64, Avenida Adjar da Silva Casé, 800, Caixa Postal 004, Coworking Realiza, Indianópolis, Caruaru, Pernambuco, 55024-740, Brasil ("Total Easy", "we"), that lets motorsport teams show their schedule, weather and notices on the TVs in their pit box. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

1. The TV app

  • The TV app does not ask for a name, e-mail or password and has no ads, tracking or purchases.
  • It stores on the device only the identifier of the screen it was connected to.
  • When it fetches the board, our server records the IP address and the device's technical identification (model and browser) to show the team whether the TV is connected and to keep the service secure.

2. The web panel (team users)

  • Account: name, e-mail, team(s) and role. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash (scrypt); no one at Total Easy can read them.
  • Session and preferences: a session cookie (required to sign in, valid for up to 12 hours), a language cookie and appearance preferences stored in your browser.
  • Security and audit: IP address, browser, date and time of sign-ins and of changes made in the panel, to prevent abuse (sign-in attempt limits) and keep a record of who changed what.
  • Team data: events, schedule, notices, themes, logos and sponsors entered by the team itself. Each team only sees its own data.

3. Third-party services

  • Hosting and network: servers contracted by Total Easy, and Cloudflare (traffic delivery and protection).
  • Weather: we send WeatherAPI.com only the circuit's coordinates — no personal data.
  • AI schedule reading (optional): when a team uses it, the official schedule file it uploads is processed by Anthropic using the team's own AI key.
  • We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

4. Legal bases and retention

  • We process data to perform our contract with the team, for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • Account data is kept while the account is active. Access logs are kept for the legal period of 6 months (Brazil's Internet Civil Framework, art. 15). Audit records are kept while the team's account exists and, after it is closed, only as long as needed to meet legal obligations or defend rights.

5. Your rights

  • You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and information about sharing, at [email protected].

6. Changes

  • We will announce changes to this policy in the panel.
