These terms govern the use of Racing Board, a service of CLAYTON DE SOUZA MARTINS LIMITADA (Total Easy Software), CNPJ 19.154.732/0001-64, Avenida Adjar da Silva Casé, 800, Caixa Postal 004, Coworking Realiza, Indianópolis, Caruaru, Pernambuco, 55024-740, Brasil.

1. The service

  • Racing Board shows on motorsport teams' pit box TVs the schedule, weather and notices the team enters in a web panel. The TV app is free and only works when connected to a team account.

2. Accounts

  • Panel access is personal. The team is responsible for the users it creates, the roles it assigns and keeping passwords secret.

3. Team content

  • Schedules, logos, sponsors and notices are the team's responsibility, and the team states it has the right to display them. Total Easy may remove unlawful content.

4. Third-party data

  • Weather and track temperature come from external sources and are for information only; they do not replace the event's official information.

5. Availability

  • We work to keep the service online, but it depends on the internet and on third-party services and may be interrupted. For a pit box without internet, the team can use Racing Board's local computer (edge).

6. Prohibited use

  • Trying to access another team's data, bypassing security, overloading the service or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

  • The software, the Racing Board brand and the Total Easy identity belong to Total Easy. Team content remains the team's.

8. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Total Easy is not liable for race decisions made based on the board or for indirect damages.

9. Privacy

  • Personal data is processed according to the Racing Board Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

  • These terms may change, with notice in the panel. The team may close its account at any time by writing to [email protected].

11. Law and venue

  • Brazilian law applies. The courts of Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
